Scrive un comando "Open" in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Notepad++_file]
@="Notepad++ Document"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Notepad++_file\shell]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Notepad++_file\shell\open]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Notepad++_file\shell\open\command]

Non è che gli hai detto di eseguire una qualche integrazione (come nel menu contestuale) e/o registrare una qualche associazione file? Io qua con la 4.2.2 non mi è saltato fuori niente (speremo ben)

viene riportato anche da portablefreeware:

Writes settings to: Application folder. It adds an "open" command to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes in the registry, but that does not affect its portability.

Nessuna scrittura sul registro.
Non capisco come tu abbia quella chiave.

Ho scaricato Notepad++...
Ho estratto l'archivio...
L'ho avviato ed ho notato che era in inglese...
Ho scaricato la lingua italiana...
L'ho inserita nella cartella...
Ho chiuso e riavviato il prog...
Ancora in inglese...
Sono andato sul sito del prog ed ho letto che dovevo rinominare il file in nativelang.xml...
L'ho fatto...

OK Italiano, ora una veloce verifica sulla effettiva portatilità quindi...\/
Visto che sulla recensione di wPP non specificava nessun How To... Sono andato (per ulteriore conferma) su PortableFreeware.com ed ho letto che: Writes settings to: Application folder. It adds an "open" command to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes in the registry, but that does not affect its portability.

Ho controllato con regedit, ed ho trovato quella chiave, riferita al percorso (sul desktop), dove avevo avviato l'applicazione...
L'ho inserito nella mia Penna USB e usato tramite C.A.F.E. per aprire i file txt al posto del classico notepad...
Ho segnalato sul forum il fatto...

Ora... Dopo aver letto il tuo post ho cancellato manualmente quella voce di registro ed ho provato a riavviare il programma e ad aprire qualche txt...
Niente NON RICREA più la chiave...

Come te lo spieghi?...

Abbiamo un mistero da risolvere... Colpa di windows? MHA!?........

Se scopro qualcosa ti faccio sapere!.

(N.B.: tutte prove manuali come descritte, non ho usato regshot)

OK ho capito quella chiave veniva creata da versioni precedenti come pure (da quanto ho letto sul manuale) creava una cartella in AppData mentre ora non più...

Tutto è bene quel che finisce bene!

ciao, anche io sto usando notepad++ 4.2 nella versione portatile ed ho trovato delle chiavi nel registro, ma penso che siano dovute al fatto che ho impostato nel menu contestuale apri con ho inserito notepad++ , potete conferamare l' ipotesi?
