Hi, I made an userbar creator a while ago.I decided to show it to the GMC.
Many people like it. It's posted on many sites. That's a good thing. But well.

Requirements:
Windows XP due the xp icons. Sorry . They might look wierd in Windows 98 and 2000 or lower. It may work on others but then the icon is messed up (I think)

Questo software purtroppo è ancora fermo alla v. 1.4.0 e non più presente sul sito dell'autore, anche se rintracciabile in rete.

Posto il log di regshot solo perchè dalla segnalazione sono cambiate le linee guida!

Dal punto di vista dell'applicazione è veramente di semplice utilizzo e ancora oggi attuale!
