After installing X-PDFsam on a memory stick, then copying bin/lib java files to the appropriate folder, I started X-PDFsam. The program ran in Italian. According to the X-Software Localization information, to run the program in English, one simply has to...

'overwrite the X-Software.ini file inside the main folder with the one located in the English_users folder, and start X-Software.exe.'

This did not work. Using Beyond Compare, I was able to confirm that the English version of the X-PDFsam.ini file, as opposed to the Italian version, is now located in the main folder.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to remedy this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks.

SOLVED!!!

After running X-PDFsam, the user has to go into Settings and change the language selected. Apparently; (1) overwriting the *ini file is not all that is required, or (2) simply changing the language in Settings is all that is required.
