Thanks, but is it the final version or a beta?
Probably Danix or another admin has disabled the chatbox for spam problems or uncorrect usage. We are waiting for a reply about this.
Update: I've checked on the website and Gimp 2.10.10 is an official release.

i guess is a release file, but we can not trust to be the last files,
you know, it can be comes small fixes where makes setup-1.exe and setup-2.exe and so on

so, this is announces as final 2.10.10 and works so far as well good..
