Here´s Swedish translation for your launcher attached.
I can´t make "winpenpack_sv.xml" work, because it´s ansi code. Converting to UTF-8 does not help.

I'm trying to use your first files, making a (brutal) change in the .xml substituting the character "ä" with the simple "a"; everything works correctly but.... I don't speak swedish so maybe I've created some bad words

Anyhow, since our engineer LordJim take a look at this problem, your second .xml files is well accepted and we can use it until the bug is fixed.

to edit the menù is better that you use the winPenPack program.

non avevo pensato a questa opzione (non sono così esperto di problematiche di codifica...).

Quello che ho riscontrato sulla base delle tue modifiche è la differente codifica del carattere in esadecimale:
E4 nella versione originale
C3 A4 nella versione modificata da te, che poi è la codifica indicata in questa pagina http://www.utf8-chartable.de/

Da tenere presente per eventuali situazioni simili future.

May I ask why you did not add my "winPenPack.sv.ini" file? Is there something wrong with it?
Works just fine on my machine.
