Clam sentinel is a program that detects file system changes and automatically scans the files added or modified using ClamWin. Require the installation of ClamWin. For Microsoft Windows 98/98SE/Me/2000/XP/Vista (tested) and Windows 7.
Clam Sentinel è una applicazione che rileva tutte le modifiche al filesystem e scansiona i file modificati o aggiunti utilizzando l'antivirus gratuito ClamWin (richiede l'installazione di questo antivirus).
Il programma rileva anche i dischi rimovibili che vengono aggiunti (ad esempio penne usb) e controlla queste unità fino a quando il programma è in esecuzione sulla macchina o fino a quando la periferica non viene rimossa.

For Clam Sentinel to work consistently on different computers from a portable drive with different drive letters I found it necessary to edit ClamWin Portable's ClamWin.conf file located in App > DefaultData > settings. Here's what I did (the ClamWinPortable directory is at the root of my portable drive and quotes are for clarification only):
REPLACE "clamscan = clamscan.exe" WITH "clamscan = ..\..\..\..\ClamWinPortable\App\clamwin\bin\clamscan.exe"
REPLACE "quarantinedir = ..\..\..\Data\quarantine" WITH "quarantinedir = \ClamWinPortable\Data\quarantine"
REPLACE "database = ..\..\..\Data\db" WITH "database = \ClamWinPortable\Data\db"
Also: COMMENT OUT from ClamWin.conf "logfile = ..\..\..\Data\log\ClamScanLog.txt" and in the ClamSentinel.ini file ADD "PathLog=\ClamWinPortable\Data\log"
