When I type "http://www.winpenpack.com/update/update.xml.zip" in my browser I get the "update.xml.zip".
So the file is available for me!
I put it in the folder: "D:\wpp_full_4.3\update.xml.zip"

I replace the path from "http://www.winpenpack.com/update/update.xml.zip" to "D:\wpp_full_4.3\update.xml.zip"
Restart the menu and then I get the usual message for upgrades!

Now the question:
Why is this and how to solve it?
This error started a week ago.
