About reopen tabs, I searched into the X-Firefox-4.ini file for such option, but I have not not found any instruction about reopening (or not) the closed tabs.I have then tried your test with X-Firefox-4 (without Speed Dial) and it correctly reopens all tabs, so I think that your problem could be caused by an incompatibility between Speed Dial and Firefox-4 (or, maybe, some other add-ons).
