Description:Weka is a collection of machine learning algorithms for data mining tasks. The algorithms can either be applied directly to a dataset or called from your own Java code. Weka contains tools for data pre-processing, classification, regression, clustering, association rules, and visualization. It is also well-suited for developing new machine learning schemes.
Version: 0.1 alpha
Portable tips how-to:
Download Weka extract with uniExtract copy all files from weka-3-5-5 except [NSIS].nsi and weka-3-5-5/$_OUTDIR to X-Weka/bin/Weka. Install Java on your computer and copy the installation folder to the Lib\Java folder.

I have not RunWeka.bat in my application folder after the UE extraction ..

Runweka.bat is in folder weka-3-5-5/$_OUTDIR. All files in weka-3-5-5/$_OUTDIR put in to X-Weka/bin/Weka

Yes! It works fine

But, where the application saves user settings?
In \Bin\Weka\data folder?

Application doesn't save users setting or i didn't find it.
All settings are in RunWeka.ini
