Influenced installation of extensions the portability of Firefox browser, i.e. is it necessary, that one examines the portability for each extension separately?

they should not, but if I well remember one should manually close and restart X-Firefox after installing/updating extensions rather then click on "restart now" button, at least I'm used to do it and all looks fine
