Hi,
I found it on the following site :

it seems to be prety usefull
Developer prepared zip file without installer as well (also in italian folks:] - but beware - only english and german are in latest edition - probably U need to DL old italian and new english and copy paste language if possible)

Hi,

the software was in our database but (we think) is not portable.
It writes settings in windows registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\xp-AntiSpy
