Descrizione: Programma sia in versione stand-alone che in versione installer che consente di creare le userbar, ovvero quelle piccole barrette colorate e distintive che stanno andando di moda adesso. L'utilizzo avviene in un comodo tutorial a schede e si possono inserire anche delle immagini in formato GIF o PNG. Alla fine viene salvata la barra così creata senza troppi sforzi.

* Added new scanline patterns
* Added new reflections
* Added posibility to choose a custom color for the text
* Added Save/Load functions (for templates)
* Added capability to load JPG pictures
* Re-ordered some controls
* Fixed the color indicators when altering the RGB channels (background tab)
* Excluded lowcase ascii characters from the built-in font (for consistency)
