In the article "How to post an update?" by Danix described in Nr. 5, the announcement can be given only after search. If a thread already exists about previous updates of the software, the announcement must be posted as a reply on that thread, WITHOUT opening a new thread.

And I found out, that such threads are contained in the forum "Updated portable software". If the announcement must be posted as a reply on such a thread, WITHOUT opening a new thread, I only can post this reply in the forum "Updated portable software".
But this post should actually appears in the forum "Not yet updated portable software". Unfortunately, I can not access on the above threads in the forum "Not yet updated portable software", as these threads only appear in the forum "Updated portable software."

How can I solve this problem?

Yes, now is the procedure easier to understand. Accordingly, I will post an update in the forum "Updated portable software" and the winPenPack Team moves this post in the forum "Net yet updated portable software".

Of course I will proceed in this way (to post in the forum "Updated portable software"), if I must reply to a thread. However, if I opens up a new thread, then I will publish this thread immediately in the forum "Not yet updated portable software".

Since version 2.1.2 of RSSOwl it is possible to install additional languages into RSSOwl (from Tools | Language"). Do you know, if some issues occurs in conjunction with such an installation of a language, i.e. can be compromised the portability?

And it is possible that are included in future versions of X-RSSOwl this language packages already?

The portability is not compromised (I tested).

Have you noticed if there are license issues?

I suspect that there are no license problems. On the website of RSSOwl is expressly pointed out that the 2.1.2 release allows the installation of additional languages. In this respect it is a new feature of the program, so that this feature falls under the Eclipse Public License.

dropper is right. From site ( -Link- ):
Translations and Patches
The idea of Open Source Programming is not only to have the code and run it but also allows a range for improvements which make the product better and better everyday.
So, if you'd like to participate in the RSSOwl Project by translating the program into your language or improve the code by sending us patches, you're really welcome.
You'll find detailed information on how to contribute to RSSOwl in our Contributors first Steps wiki page.
