Continua a lasciare voci. Ho solo notato che, a me, accade quando lo utilizzo abbastanza a lungo. Forse dipende da qualche altro software che apro mentre utilizzo WinMerge.

Sembra che non sia per quanto tempo lo si utilizzi. Il problema si presenta aprendo in contemporanea un altro X-soft.
Una volta chiusi entrambi i programmi WinMerge lascia tracce.
