Registered Member #74 Joined: Sun 21 Jan 2007 - 11:31Location: Tradate (VA) Posts: 3821 | Hi JackL, "nice" to hear... but our policy is, usually, to wait for official releases before creating corresponding X-programs, so I think that, for an official release of X-VideoLAN_0.8.6d, you have to wait a little... In any case (at your own risk...) you can uncompress installation program with Universal Extractor, i.e. into \temp\vlc (from now on we will call it "source". You will obtain some folders and files. As usual, you can delete NSIS.nsi file and $PLUGINSDIR folder. Base folder for copying into is \Bin\videolan ("dest" folder). Copy all files from "source" into "dest", with the exception of axvlc.dll (to be copied into "dest"\activex folder) and npvlc.dll (to be copied into "dest"\mozilla folder). Then copy all subfolders of "source"\$[31] folder into "dest" folder. That's all. Let me know if it works. Best Regards ZioZione | ||

But, I think, you need also source code (at least for executable...). Anyway, I will search around some solution. Please, let me know if you will be more lucky than me... Best Regards ZioZione | ||
