Danix, quello è un file temporaneo che serve per la registrazione dei plugin locali. NON serve assolutamente portarselo dietro, basta cancellarlo da %AppData%, se proprio disturba

Ok, inoltre è troppo rischioso eliminare la cartella Kompozer da AppData senza disabilitare le istanze multiple (MultipleIstances=true).
