Does WPP works with the same translation file as WPPmenu does? Because I never take a look in WPP and translated just the menu version.

And here is the updated file (rightclick and save as):
german translation

Sorry to say that, but the previous versions, translated into german language are damn lousy. I made a proper one, that should fit. I checked it more than twice. So there should not be any mistake. If you find something: I am sorry. Feel free to contact me everytime through the wPP board mail-dialog, if you've found any errors. I'll fix it asap.

If you are interested to get a proper translation: Check it.

What are the differences between the previous version and mine?

• Correct Charset: Windows-1252
• Translated the missing ones
• Took proper, well known expressions
• All translated things will fit the buttons and menus

greetings,
Claymore

Hi Claymore, welcome to our forum!
You are surely right, but, unfortunately, no one of the wPP Team knows german language, so we have to rely onto the work of german users. We will check your file and we will add as soon as possible to our launcher.
Thank you very much for sharing your work with us!
Best Regards
ZioZione

Hi, ZioZione and thank you very much for the warm welcome. I have to agree to your statement and i'm not worried about. All i've seen was a unfinished lang-file and i took the time it needed to do my own translation.
My friend and myself are translating several things in the world wide web - his main project is the translation of notepad2 - -Link- .

It's just a little reference, what we are doing. Some other projects are discontinued, like the translation of iPB (in 2004), Slysoft AnyDVD (in 2007) or Lavasoft Ad-Aware (in 2004). There are some projects, i/we don't even know anymore. Oh, he did also a translation for mIRC, that never was officially available at the mIRC.com site.

We do this things for free, what others will do only for money. I like portable software, so i had to do the translation for this nice launcher. I have to thank you for this app.

greetings,
Claymore

Hi Claymore,
we too do things for free... we have something in common
We like to do what we do, and until we will meet people that, like you, is happy to share its work for free, we will like it even more...
We hope you will find here all the portable software you will need. If you know some interesting portable (or portabilizable) software that is only in german language, please translate it and let us know!
Best Regards
ZioZione
