X-Firefox on Windows ME?

Does X-Firefox 3.6.3 [rev14 English] work on Windows ME(Millenium)?:

Because Firefox does not work on Windows 98 and Windows ME.

I don't think so, simply because X-firefox is the same browser that you can use on your pc, but slightly modified to run on an usb stick.
If the normal firefox can't run on win Me, the x version won't do it too.

Hi ryan14, welcome here!

Eagleman was exhaustive enough! Last version of X-firefox and Firefox are exactly the same program (the "X" version is only to make it portable).

But, if You want a Firefox release running under win 98, please use 2.0.0.20
And You can find the portable version here:
