The newly posted program TestDisk & PhotoRec 6.10-WIP has a link to a forum discussion about the portable or not nature of the program. I have tried BabelFish to translate and it has trouble. It seems as if the conversation concludes that the program is not portable and RegShot confirms that so I must be missing something. Posting a completely non-portable app doesn't make sense since it would run counter to your whole project goal.
