Ciao Dreamful, conosco quel programma che non è GPL, bensì Freeware. La dicitura GPL è per le librerie:
Free CD to MP3 Converter used AKRip and LAME encoder. AKRip and LAME are licensed under GNU LIBRARY GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE.
oltretutto non è nemmeno portatile, pur salvando le impostazioni nel file options.ini installa il file WM8EUTIL.exe che serve per il formato .WMA
