Good idea, but if you take off all you sites maybe it will be better next time
By the way, I try to connect to my site trhough FTP and x-winSCP gaves me a generic connection (but with x-filezilla it works fine)...
So i ask to other forum people to try your alpha release. Maybe it can be an error of my machine but i can't try with another one...
But I appreciate your work, I used winSCP with some clients of mine and i find it useful and light.
So keep on!
Thank You!

Thank you bagr for you suggestion
And welcome to winPenpack.

But... why did you not use the ini file that the program natively creates in $ExeDir$ folder?
And your x-version create a file called "PUTTY.RND" in %APPDATA%

Try this version: I added the settings backup function too..
... perhaps X-Winscp final

[Setup]
AppName=Winscp

[FileToRun]
PathToExe=$Bin$\$AppName$\$AppName$.exe

[Environment]
HOME=$Home$\$AppName$

[Functions]
DirCreate=%HOME%
FileMove=%HOME%\PUTTY.RND|@UserProfileDir@\PUTTY.RND|o
FileMove=%HOME%\*.ini|$ExeDir$
FileCopy=$Backup$\$AppName$\*.ini|$ExeDir$\
FileCopy=$Backup$\$AppName$\*.RND|@UserProfileDir@\

[RunAfter]
FileMove=@UserProfileDir@\PUTTY.RND|%HOME%\PUTTY.RND|o
FileMove=$ExeDir$\*.ini|%HOME%|o
FileCopy=%HOME%\*.ini|$Backup$\$AppName$\*.ini|o
FileCopy=%%HOME%\*.RND|$Backup$\$AppName$\*.RND|o

[Options]
DeleteTemp=true
ShowSplash=true
WriteLog=false

[SplashScreen]
Image=
Title=
TimeOut=1000

Added automatic configuration for Putty directory:

[Setup]
AppName=Winscp

[FileToRun]
PathToExe=$Bin$\$AppName$\$AppName$.exe

[Environment]
HOME=$Home$\$AppName$
PUTTY_DIR=$Lib$\Putty

[Functions]
DirCreate=%HOME%
DirCreate=%PUTTY_DIR%
FileMove=%HOME%\PUTTY.RND|@UserProfileDir@\PUTTY.RND|o
FileMove=%HOME%\*.ini|$ExeDir$
FileCopy=$Backup$\$AppName$\*.ini|$ExeDir$\
FileCopy=$Backup$\$AppName$\*.RND|@UserProfileDir@\

[RunAfter]
FileMove=@UserProfileDir@\PUTTY.RND|%HOME%\PUTTY.RND|o
FileMove=$ExeDir$\*.ini|%HOME%|o
FileCopy=%HOME%\*.ini|$Backup$\$AppName$\*.ini|o
FileCopy=%HOME%\*.RND|$Backup$\$AppName$\*.RND|o

[WriteToIni=$ExeDir$\$AppName$.ini]
Configuration\Interface|PuttyPath=%PUTTY_DIR%\putty.exe

[Options]
DeleteTemp=true
ShowSplash=true
WriteLog=false

[SplashScreen]
Image=
Title=
TimeOut=1000
