Ciao.
Vedo che in WPP_4.1 serve .NET.
Se non ho .NET sul pc?
Devo per forza metterlo?
Posso in alternativa usare una versione vecchia che non lo richiede?
Con la versione vecchia potrò usare i nuovi X-software e Portable-software?

.NET è stata scelta come nuova piattaforma in quanto ormai da alcuni anni è preinstallato su tutti i nuovi PC. Non so quanto sia vecchio il tuo, ma credo che ti basterebbe installare .NET 2.0, che non richiede risorse esagerate ed ha un'occupazione di spazio su disco abbastanza limitata. Comunque .NET serve soprattutto per eseguire il nuovo menu, che ha moltissime feature in più ed è un salto in avanti notevole nella gestione dei portable software. Quindi non è indispensabile, ma è caldamente consigliato

La versione precedente del menu, anche se, per ovvi motivi, non verrà più aggiornata, continuerà a funzionare anche senza la necessità di .NET. Lo stesso vale anche per i nuovi X-Software e i Portable, con l'ovvia eccezione di quelli che richiedono .NET per essere eseguiti.
