winPenPackNet Personal v2.8.67.2350. How to..?

I downloded/installed winPenPackNet Personal v2.8.67.2350 and would like to know were can I find a help or manual describing in detail how it works. In particular:
1) wich is the function of Options/General/[Dock],

2) Accidentally I disabled [TrayIcon] and lost every control over the plarform, and had to reinstall it.
