X-Regshot 1.9.0-beta e sezione SkipRegKey

X-Regshot 1.9.0-beta, diversamente dall'attuale versione 1.8.2 presente in download, non sembra ignorare alcuni valori inseriti nella sezione [SkipRegKey]. Testando un programma ho ottenuto un log con tantissime chiavi ShellNoRoam (valore già inserito di default in X-Regshot.ini) e COMODO (valore aggiunto successivamente da me). Non ho provato per le directories da inserire nella sezione [SkipDir].

Qualcuno può dargli un'occhiata?

Provato su Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit.
L'ho lanciato sia su account standard che su account admin.

Allora, dopo aver testato qualche software, tal regshot riporta queste chiavi/modifiche irrilevanti al fine della portabilità:
