Her is the Duch version of / Hier is de Nederlandse versie van:
[language].lng -> nl.lng:

Put it in the folder / Plaats het in de map: "\wpp_full_4.3\winPenPack\Bin\cafe\lng\" .

And the / En de "About.txt":
Replace the About.txt in folder / Vervang de About.txt in map: "\wpp_full_4.3\winPenPack\Bin\cafe\About.txt"

Replace in file / Vervang in bestand "\wpp_full_4.3\winPenPack\Bin\cafe\cafe.ini":

[configuration]
langue=lng\nl.lng
