Non so quanto questo file (benchè sia una traccia lasciata sul pc ospite) influisca sulla portatilità.

L'aggiunta di queste 2 cartelle:
C:\Documents and Settings\nome_utente\Dati applicazioni\Microsoft\CLR Security Config
C:\Documents and Settings\nome_utente\Dati applicazioni\Microsoft\CLR Security Config\v1.1.4322

e file:
security.config
security.config.cch

C:\Documents and Settings\nome_utente\Impostazioni locali\Dati applicazioni\ApplicationHistory\WeatherNotify.exe.b85d7425.ini

Sono dovuti all'utilizzo di NET framework 1.1

Piuttosto, credo che queste dipendano proprio da .Net Framework e bisognerà accettarle.
