Download your preferred localized version of Thunderbird from mozilla.org and move it to \Lib\Mozilla\Thunderbird\setup_en\ directory, deleting the preexisting one. Execute X-Thunderbird.exe to start X-Thunderbird in your native language.

X-Thunderbird is a portable version of Mozilla Thunderbird® (registered trademark of the Mozilla Foundation) created by winPenPack.com using the unchanged official binary downloaded from Mozilla.org, in agreement with the "Mozilla Trademark Policy". X-Thunderbird contains Mozilla Thunderbird in its unmodified setup form into the \Lib\Mozilla\Thunderbird\setup_en\ directory. At first run, automatically and in "silent" mode, will be executed the setup, extracting and moving all program files into the initially empty \Bin folder, and preparing the correct .ini file. At the end of installation, the setup file will be removed from \Lib folder.

For this reason, X-Thunderbird will have to be installed (or updated) through one of following procedures.
N.B. In any case, be sure that, during installation, your own copy of X-Thunderbird is NOT RUNNING.

1. Automatic install (for winPenPack suites users only)
   
   From winPenPack menu Launcher main window (opening from menu, selecting first bold option from top, "Main window"), search X-Thunderbird item, right click on it and select "Install X-Software..." option from contextual menu. Insert full path of last downloaded X-Thunderbird ZIP file, then wait until installation is completed (during this phase, a "silent" X-Thunderbird installation into \Bin folder is performed; it will need some minutes for complete).
   
   
2. Manual install (for all mozilla standalone programs and winPenPack expert users)
   
   
   Unpack downloaded X-Thunderbird ZIP file into a temporary folder (i.e. C:\FF_TEMP)
   Run the program, double clicking C:\FF_TEMP\X-Thunderbird.exe
   When X-Thunderbird main window will appear, it means that "pseudo-installation" phase is completed. Close X-Thunderbird window.
   Copy/move "C:\FF_TEMP\Bin\Thunderbird" folder contents (i.e. the new version) into "\Bin\Thunderbird" (i.e. the old version). This allow to keep unchanged the user profile (under "\User\Thunderbird") eventually existant.
   Copy/move "X-Thunderbird.exe" and "X-Thunderbird.ini" files overwriting the previous ones.
