A fully portable and mutil-platform MobaPhoto is available here: -Link-

. It works perfectly in Windows XP, 2003, Vista, various flavors of Linux with Wine installed, and also in Leopard on a Mac with DarWine installed. This is a great app and I believe it comes out of Italy so language support should be automatic for you.
