Meaning of "CaptureType2=3" in the configuration file picpick.ini

At the website PicPick was described a configuration file picpick.ini with the following content:

[Setting]
Language2=English
FirstRun=3140
CheckUpdate=0
AutoSaveFolder=Screenshot
CaptureType2=3
UseAutoSave=1

Especially the code "CaptureType2=3" isn't not completely clear for me. What does that code mean?
