Xammp doesn't work

Hy,
i have some problem with xammp, i don't know why it does not start anymore.
I use WPP for long time on another PC and everything was running well.
Now on the new pc WPP is working well, but xammp (in which I have an internet site saved) does not start.
Can somebody help me?
