Though on the website X-CamStudio 2.7 [rev3] is offered, that I can use the program with the german language, the switching of language can't be performed.

Indeed it seems, that this is a bug of the program. For a better clarification I would suggest, that you offer this program only in english language on your own website until this bug is removed.
