Però aggiunge questo:

Il programma XlmTorrents, anche questo aggiunge il seguente file:

C:\Documents and Settings\nome_utente\Impostazioni locali\Dati applicazioni\ApplicationHistory\XMLTorrents.exe.12103368.ini

Dal ReadMe del programma:

- How can I make the definition files available to DTS?
A definition file has a .reg extension. These type of files can be imported into the Windows registry. Simply double-click the file and when asked press Yes to import it. All information needed by DTS is now in the registry so you can delete or move the definition file if you want to.

Quindi è normale che quelle chiavi create nel registro siano vuote, poichè il programma salva i dati relativi ai siti aggiunti in altrettanti file con estensione .reg.
Da questo punto di vista è da considerarsi portatile.

Rimane il problema del file creato in Impostazioni locali\Dati applicazioni\ApplicationHistory\, comune ai programmi che richedono .NET Framework.
