winPenPack menù|Added portuguese translation

winPenPack setup|winPenPack has been released in .zip format (italian .zip package + multilingual language pack), allowing the use and the translation of winPenPack also to users who don't have administrative rights on host PC, and in bilingual setup.exe format, that allows to install the winPenPack english version through an automatic "installation" procedure (all language files are included, just set the English language for the installation procedure).
