Estrazione e uso/How to extract and use:
[It] decomprimere il file pic_view.zip ed avviare dal file Viewer.exe. Salva le impostazioni nel file Viewer.ini all'interno della propria directory.

[En] Extract the ZIP package to any folder of your choice, launch the program by double-clicking Viewer.exe..
