[It] Art of Illusion è un programma open source per la modellazione, il rendering, il texturing, il ray tracing di immagini ed animazioni tridimensionali.

[It] Art of Illusion is a free, open source 3D modelling and rendering studio. Many of its capabilities rival those found in commercial programs. Highlights include subdivision surface based modelling tools, skeleton based animation, and a graphical language for designing procedural textures and materials.

Java Runtime Environment (JRE) required!
Attention: This software requires Java Runtime Environment (JRE)!
If JRE is not present in your system, the setup will be downloaded and installed automatically in winPenPack "Lib" directory.

L'applicazione non si avvia con l'eseguibile X-ArtofIllusion.exe, con ArtOfIllusion.jar invece si.

3 problems with the .ini file
1) typo in ArtOfIllusionPrifileDir=$Home$\$AppName$
it should be
ArtOfIllusionProfileDir=$Home$\$AppName$
2) the registry setting
"recent/Files"=
should be removed in order to remember the list of recent files; only the main ley needs to be created
finally, (I guess this is a bug of ArtOfIllusion)
3) to be able to save the preferences the file
$Home$\.artofillusion\aoiprefs
must exist

This is a little mistake.

I think this is a bug of ArtOfIllusion 2.7, maybe it is better to restore the 2.6.1 version and remove this one.
