Playlist in %APPDATA%.

Thank you bagr!

look for the "SnapShotPath"

But, can Media Player Classic save snapshot??
How?

Thank you Danix that you made *.ini file so quick.

I think that MPC can save snapshot (Images)

Play some video file (File -> Save Image... / Save Thumbnails...)
MPC can even record ( Open device (TV tuner) and then View -> Capture)

I tested .ini file and didn't find any problems.

I haven't tested it but I think you should use one of these File menu options: File - Save Image... or File - Save Thumbnails...

Just try.

Ok!
Now the program saves thumbnails in the "default" folder.
Sorry but I can't create only one folder for settings, but three...
I'm going to try it..

[Setup]
AppName=Media Player Classic

[FileToRun]
PathToExe=$Bin$\$AppName$\mplayerc.exe

[Environment]
SNAP_SHOT_PATH=$Home$\$AppName$_Thumbnails
[Functions]
DirCreate=%SNAP_SHOT_PATH%
DirMove=$Home$\$AppName$|@AppDataDir@\$AppName$|o

[RunAfter]
DirMove=@AppDataDir@\$AppName$|$Home$\$AppName$|o

[WriteToReg=$Home$\$AppName$_registry\mplayerc.reg]
MainKey=HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Gabest
Media Player Classic\Settings|"SnapShotPath"=%SNAP_SHOT_PATH%|\\"

[RunBefore]
RegEdit=$Home$\$AppName$_registry\mplayerc.reg

[Options]
DeleteTemp=true
MultipleIstances=true
RunWait=true
ShowSplash=false
WriteLog=false

[SplashScreen]
Image=
Title=
TimeOut=1500

This is the last INI.
Now, ONLY ONE Media Player Classic folder FOR settings is created:
(please, test it )

[Setup]
AppName=Media Player Classic

[FileToRun]
PathToExe=$Bin$\$AppName$\mplayerc.exe

[Environment]
SNAP_SHOT_PATH=$Home$\$AppName$\Thumbnails

[Functions]
DirCreate=%SNAP_SHOT_PATH%
FileMove=$Home$\$AppName$\default.mpcpl|@AppDataDir@\$AppName$\default.mpcpl|o

[RunAfter]
FileMove=@AppDataDir@\$AppName$\default.mpcpl|$Home$\$AppName$|o
DirRemove=@AppDataDir@\$AppName$

[WriteToReg=$Home$\$AppName$\mplayerc.reg]
MainKey=HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Gabest
Media Player Classic\Settings|"SnapShotPath"=%SNAP_SHOT_PATH%|\\"

[RunBefore]
RegEdit=$Home$\$AppName$\mplayerc.reg

[Options]
DeleteTemp=true
MultipleIstances=true
RunWait=true
ShowSplash=false
WriteLog=false

[SplashScreen]
Image=
Title=
TimeOut=1500

Media Player Classic [rev2]

INI:

[Setup]
AppName=Media Player Classic

[FileToRun]
PathToExe=$Bin$\$AppName$\mplayerc.exe

[Environment]
SNAP_SHOT_PATH=$Home$\$AppName$\Thumbnails

[Functions]
DirCreate=%SNAP_SHOT_PATH%
FileMove=$Home$\$AppName$\default.mpcpl|@AppDataDir@\$AppName$\default.mpcpl|o
FileCopy=$Home$\$AppName$\mplayerc.ini|$ExeDir$\mplayerc.ini|o

[RunAfter]
FileCopy=$ExeDir$\mplayerc.ini|$Home$\$AppName$\mplayerc.ini|o
FileMove=@AppDataDir@\$AppName$\default.mpcpl|$Home$\$AppName$|o
DirRemove=@AppDataDir@\$AppName$

[WriteToIni=$ExeDir$\mplayerc.ini]
;------------------------------------------
;        ** Italian version **
;------------------------------------------
Impostazioni|SnapShotPath=%SNAP_SHOT_PATH%
;------------------------------------------
;        ** English version **
;------------------------------------------
;Settings|SnapShotPath=%SNAP_SHOT_PATH%

[WriteToReg=$Home$\$AppName$\mplayerc_1.reg]
MainKey=HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Gabest
Media Player Classic\Settings|"SnapShotPath"=%SNAP_SHOT_PATH%|\\"

[WriteToReg=$Home$\$AppName$\mplayerc_2.reg]
MainKey=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Gabest

[RunBefore]
RegEdit=$Home$\$AppName$\mplayerc_1.reg;mplayerc_2.reg

[Options]
DeleteTemp=true
MultipleIstances=true
RunWait=true
ShowSplash=true
WriteLog=false

[SplashScreen]
Image=
Title=
TimeOut=1500

[WriteToIni=$ExeDir$\mplayerc.ini]
;------------------------------------------
;        ** Italian version **
;------------------------------------------
Impostazioni|SnapShotPath=%SNAP_SHOT_PATH%
;------------------------------------------
;        ** English version **
;------------------------------------------
;Settings|SnapShotPath=%SNAP_SHOT_PATH%

ERROR: ....lamiapathdiwpp/bin/MyApp/.... NOT FOUND!

COME NON DETTO!

-Link-
e tutto è tornato a posto...

comunque sarei curioso di sapere il perchè...
